March is almost over. I cannot believe that we are already a quarter of the way through the year. Well, today is the day I weigh in. I am hoping to lose around four pounds but I am not sure if that will happen. One thing I have forgotten to mention is my tendency to nibble. Does that count? For example, I was making stromboli on Saturday. I took a bite of the salami and a bit of pepperoni. Also, I have a horrible addiction to cheese. It is one of my favorite things to eat. Random times I will get our really good Parmesan grate cheese and eat finger fulls. It is just so delish!
Yesterday, shake for breakfast with 5 strawberries, shake for lunch with apples with about 3 teaspoons of peanut butter. For the snack 100 calorie popcorn and for dinner....1-2 cups of pasta with olive oil, garlic and cherry tomatoes, salad, with 5 chips with a little guacamole.
Also, kudos to my lovely sister in law who has been doing this diet with me! She lost an awesome 6 pounds this past week. You go girl. (Whoop Whoop).

Awe, you're so sweet!! 6lbs this week may be nice, but I know a plateau is not too far off! eek! Keeping it consistent and working out is going to be key in the future! Love you!
