Good Morning to all!

I can pretty much say that yesterday I did not deviate from the diet. (Not unless you count the fried pita chips...that was it!) I had my shake and banana for breakfast, half a meal bar for lunch, 4 small skewers for lunch (1 beef, 3 chicken), salad, hummus and the pita chips, with fruit. I love Tuesdays at my job! We get free lunch brought in by pharmacy reps! For dinner I had a shake and I went to bed. I also made it to the gym. Ten minutes on the stairmaster (so painful) and 20 minutes on the bike like machine. Yesterday was a good day. :-)
